A very low, fast set to the middle blocker who is already in the air in front of the setter. Freezes the opposing middle blocker.

🪜 Step by step
- The middle approaches early and jumps as (or before) the setter touches the ball.
- The setter delivers a short set just above the net to the hitter’s hand.
- Contact quickly, using mostly the wrists and fingers.
