Set 1 and the deciding set: determined by the toss.
Other sets: the team that did not serve first in the previous set serves first.
Players serve in the order recorded on the line-up sheet.
When the serving team wins a rally, the same player serves again. When the receiving team wins, it rotates and its new position-1 player serves.
