What is "jumper’s knee"?
Jumper’s knee (patellar tendinopathy) is pain just below the kneecap, common in sports with lots of jumping like volleyball. Management usually involves adjusting jump volume, strengthening (often with guidance from a physio) and gradual return. If it hurts, get it checked rather than playing through it.
