Can you play the ball with one hand?
Yes. One-handed contacts are legal for passing, digging, setting and attacking, as long as the ball is hit cleanly and not caught or thrown.
One-arm digs are common on emergency balls, and a one-handed set is legal if itβs a clean contact (itβs just harder to control).
